Responsibilities
Responsibility of the Job is
- Collection of Bounce and Penal Charges
- Tracing of Skip and Migrated customers
- Addressing customer queries
- Customer trail updation on system
- Contact Point validation of high-value accounts
- Controlling of branch and improvising the collection month on month
- Collection and Resolution of accounts of the branch to achieve monthly target
