Responsibility
Responsibility of the job role is
- Trouble shooting of all types of Hardware and Software applications
- Installation and Configuration and troubleshooting of Windows and Linux based operating systems
- Good Experince in Installation, configuring and troubleshooting of MS Outlook installation and Managing of antivirus products
- Installation, Configuration of Biometric devices
- Configuring and troubleshooting of desktops and laptops
- Managing of DNS, Active directory and basic window server
- Resolving tickets within the SLA which is raised from end user side supporting through floor support, Remote support and Call support.
- Taking regular data backup and restoration of data and mail backup of MS Outlook.
