1) Graduate Engineer Trainee
Qualification
Qualification required for the job role is
- BE
- Mechanical Engineer
Skills Required
Fundamental Knowledge in rotary, flow control subjects and passion to pursue a career inflow control industry.
Should possess a high degree of communication skills, self-driven,collaborative, and willing to learn and perform in a competing environment
Job Responsibilities
The Graduate engineer trainee will pursue on-job training by close supervision by the Team leader to learn, perform and support the team and overall organization in achieving business results
- Understand the expectations of the internal (external) customers/stakeholders
- Learn and perform assigned tasks as assigned by the team leader
- Exhibit high level of commitment,urgency to fulfil assigned tasks in a timely manner
- Uphold values and behaviors of the company at all times
2) Pump Testing Engineer
Qualification
Qualification required for the job role is
- BE
- Diploma
- Mechanical Engineering or similar technical degree
- Minimum 3 years of experience in pump testing and industry experience
- Knowledge of API/ISO Standards
- Experience in vibration,pump test will be an added advantage
- Familiar with Centrifugal pump instruments,coupling,seal and systems
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with a demonstratedability to apply
- Knowledge in MS Office
Job Responsibilities
They are responsible for the inspection and testing of the pump. In addition, this position will align with the cross-function team at Coimbatore to execute development programs for the LRN pump.
- Align with a culture based on customer focus, ethics and a strong commitment to continuous improvement and safety
- Understanding test requiremnts of pump and planning accordingly.If any modifictions in loops/equipments is required,need to work with cross function team for coordination
- Preparing test reports and submission for customer approval
- Coordinaten with TPI for raising call and inspection offering with related to testing
- Preparing test report and submission for customer approval
- First pass yield report making and sharing with cross function team for action.Working closely with cross function Team for Improvement
