Designation: Associate/Sr.Associate (Voice Process)
Qualification: Any UG/PG Degree
Experience: 0 – 3 (Other BPO domain experience with excellent communication skills is more preferred)
Salary up to Rs.3,00,000 Lakhs PA
Salary is based on their experience.
Job Type: Permanent Job
Shift: Monday to Friday – Night Shifts (8 PM to 5 AM)
Other Skills:
- Must be proficient in handling international calls and documenting the details in tool
- Adhering to the policies,should retrieve more records with less cycle time by following all our quality parameters
- Basic knowledge about system funtionality.Customer service skills
- Willingness to learn new things,Postive attitude,Quality awareness and Interpersonal skills
