Responsibilities:
- Conduct the random audit on the work completed by the production teams
- Ensure adherence to quality requirements set by the customer
- Address queries/doubts raised by Production
- Report the finding to Production for correction/corrective actions
- Prepare documentation for training/feedbacks
- Conduct feedback/training sessions
- Maintain customer satisfaction beyond the expected level
