Designation – Associate Software Engineer
Responsibilities
- Respond to requests for technical assistance by following prescribed procedures
- Research reported incidents using available information sources and tools
- Diagnose, triage and resolve hardware, software, applications or basic network-related incidents Log all contacts and document all the activities and results accurately and completely within the incident management tool
- Assign unresolved tickets to the appropriate support team. Proactively monitor, follow up and expedite the resolution of assigned and pending tickets.
- Identify and escalate tickets requiring urgent attention and action. Stay current with system information, changes and update
- Adhere to work schedules, attendance and leave policies
Required qualifications
Eligibility Criteria Degree :-BSc/BCA/BE/Btech/MCA
Percentage
10th : 60%,12th : 60%,Degree: 60%,Post Graduation: 60%,
Year Of Passing 2020,2021
Additional Criteria: No Current Backlog
Work Location:
Open to work at any of the CGI offices in INDIA –
Bangalore/Chennai/Hyderabad/Mumbai/Pune
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication skills to be able to interact with decision makers at customer organizations.
- Good Analytical and Problem-solving capabilities, Ability to learn and adapt to latest technologies
- Any IT skill (Network/Windows/Unix/DBA) will be great to have
- Willingness to learn new skills
