  • Responsible for responding to customer inquiries (email and chat)
  • Able to recognize and relate to a range of client requirements and situations
  • Provide customers with solutions in a warm, assured, and competent manner
  • Use a variety of internal and client-based tools and apps for managing and serving customers
  • When necessary, transfer customers to the proper departments
  • Carry out case management, documentation, and data input
  • Participate in a team-based environment and collaborate with others there
  • Meet and maintain necessary KPIs and targets
