1) Graduate Trainee
Qualification
Qualification required for the job role is Graduate in Mechanical/Printing Technology
Experience
Freshers can apply for the job role

2) CNC Engineer
Qualification
Qualification required for the job role is BE/BTech in Mechanical
Eligibility Criteria
- Well versed in CNC & VMC Programming and Complete Tooling Knowledge
- CNC Process approval and job setting hands on experience
- Coordinating/mentoring CNC operators, in terms of performance, quality and delivery
- Should aware of employee work place safety
- Experience in analyzing the rejected parts and preparing
- Corrective and preventive actions
- Should have knowledge on conventional machining processes like, drilling, milling, turning and grinding
- Good knowledge on CNC Maintenance and troubleshooting
- Hands on experience on fine boring bars, reamers, Inserts, Drill bits and Tap selection with good negotiation skill and procurement of the same
- Optimize the allocations of available resources,track individual time sheets
- Manage budget through indicators(Productivity and Overheads)
- Raising CAPEX,GENEX, Purchase orders, Vendor Negotiations
- Define and implement corrective actions when late versus planning
- Ensure rework and non-conformance (Internal & External) are treated.Taking corrective and preventive actions.
- Machine shop scheduling and Coordinating Machine Maintenance activities
- Data Analysis and Visualization for periodical performance reports
- Kold Blackening Process Monitoring
