• Assist customers in all their queries

Responsibilities

• Understanding the needs of the customer and helping the customer to choose the right financial product as per their eligibilty
• Suggesting the customer alternative products based on need, lifestyle, and spending power
• Explaining to the customers the benefits and offers related to the product
• Verify customer details and guide them through the application gateway
• Maintain amicable conversation throughout the calls and build customer delight

Salary:

Take-Home 15,000/- to 17,000/- + Incentives

• Only Day Shift

• Overtime Pay

6 days working and one Rotational week off will be provided
