Responsibilities of BPO Job
- Provide resolution to client queries via email,phone and chat
- Monitor clients platforms and engage technical teams when required
- Record,update and maintain user details in client database
- Timily Delivery of assigned internal and client tasks

Note:
Ability to work flexible shifts – day, night, and weekend shifts
Selected candidates are expected to work for at least 1 year with the company.
Salary:
Salary offered for the job role 14,000 to 22,000
