Eligibility Criteria for BPO-Voice Process
Currently, we are hiring immediate joiners who are currently living in Chennai. Hiring Customer Relationship Officer who would play the role of assisting Customers over the Call with regards to the Financial needs of the Customers.
Job Title: Customer Relationship Officer
Job Location: Ambattur, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
Required Skillset:
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal Skills
- Ability to converse in multi-language (Hindi & English)
- Ability to convince & assist customers in all their queries
- Should be comfortable traveling to Ambattur
Mandatory Skills: Excellent Verbal communication in English
Education: Any Graduation (with or without backlogs) / 12th / 10th + 2 yrs diploma
Responsibilities:
- Understanding the need of the customer and helping the customer to choose the right financial product as per their eligibility
- Suggesting the customer alternative products based on need, lifestyle & spending power
- Explaining the customers about the benefits and offers related to the products
- Verify customer details and guide them through application gateway
- Maintain amicable conversation throughout the call and build customer delight
Salary: 1.8 Lacs to 2.85 lacs/ per annum .
Additionally you can earn Incentives + Overtime Allowance + Medical Insurance
Shift Timings: 9:00 A.M to 6:00 P.M (including all the breaks in between)
Working Days: 6 days of Working and 1 Day Rotational Off (Note: Saturday & Sunday will NOT BE a fixed off)
