Job Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming phone calls
- Generate sales lead
- Identify and assess customer’s needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communications
- Provide accurately, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Meets Monthly/weekly/daily sales target
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customers interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
Skills Required:
- Excellent Communication Skills in English are a must
- Applicants who can work on US/Night Shift can only Apply
