QUALIFICATION REQUIRED
Graduates/ Post Graduates (preferred but not mandatory).
SKILL
- Basic knowledge on computer is required.
- Advanced communicative skill.
- Fresher/ having experience in Customer caring/Front Office/ Tele calling/Sales
- Should be comfortable to handle front desk.
- Good in customer dealing & interaction.
- Should responsible for New KYC.
- Adhere to the administrative process, policies & disciplines of the organization.
- Good in clerical ability & systematic working is highly appreciated.
- Cross selling of multiple investment products & marketing activities for the branch
Job Description:
- Should be able to handle walk-in customer.
- Attending customers and maintaining good relationship with customers through calls and client meetings.
- Outbound Marketing activities – Field Workl Ability to understand needs & interest of the customer and cater to the same.
- To guide & provide the customer with all the required information about loans & schemes.
- Should be able to solve the queries of the customer as well as handling the customer in a cooperative & efficient way.
- Should be able to acquire new customer through referencing.Keeping the existing customer up dated with their existing account details.
