Qualification

Experience

Experience required for the job role is

Minimum 1 – 2 years of recruiting Experience

Experience in making reports using MS Excel

Responsibility

• Will be a part of Early career team and be responsible for the fulfilment of freshers hiring PAN India
• Source application using ATS
• Check for Eligibility, Suitability and Conduct online assessement
• Coordinate with stakeholders in smooth flow of intervews till on boarding
• Maintain a track of applications with the status against each

2) Manufacturing Engineer – Assembly

Qualification

Qualification required for the job role is

• BE, BTech

Note

Experience in one or more related engineering areas: Assembly, Industrial, Production, Reliability, design, Manufacturing, Warehousing, and quality

Experience with shop floor manufacturing, incentive pay systems such as CIPP and work measurement

Experience with engineering tools, systems, and databases

Experience with line and process design, material presentation, cycles of imbalance, and visual management tools

Responsibility

• Analyzes and makes modifications to existing performance pay plans for assembly operators
• Assists in development of baseline data for new performance pay plan
• Perform DFMA, Assembly line design and balancing
• Provide support and troubleshooting for current operations
• Investigates gather and analyze data and implement solutions
• Leads team studies related to capacity,energy,productivity and efficiency of moderate scope
• Leads analysis, development and implementation of new manufacturing process and technology
• Applies electronic tools across a broad range of applications including e-builds, modeling and simulations
