Eligibility Criteria for DATAMARK
Education: 12th, Diploma / Any Graduate
Experience: Fresher / Experience
Gender: Male / Female
Age Limit: 19 Years 45 Years
Salary: 3 Lacs per annum
Other Benefits: Overtime Allowance and Insurance coverage upto 4L for self and family including Parents/Parents in lawWork from home option is given for few months
Work Location: Ambattur, Chennai
Week Off : Saturday or Sunday
Description:
- Determining the language needs of the caller
- Entering appropriate customer information as needed
- Accessing appropriate databases
- Quickly transferring calls to the appropriate staff member
- Providing additional assistance when needed
Required Skills:
- Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to enter and access information using a computer terminal while responding to customer needs
- Excellent keyboarding skills
- Professionalism, accuracy and speed are essential
- Excellent command of the English Language no other language skills are required
Required Amenities to take up work from home opportunity:
Candidates to be equipped with wired broadband Network speed upto 50Mbps without signal drop or any other technical glitch
