We have openings for NON VOICE- Loan Document Verification Associate-LEVEL 1(WORK FROM OFFICE)
Below mentioned experienced category candidates with a minimum of 1 Month of experience and above can apply:
- Pre-underwriters .
- Underwriters .
- US Mortgage or Mortgage loan experienced candidates with no underwriting experience, but with good critical thinking, knowledge in income calculation , asset loan, data analysis can be considered.
- Loan Document verification experience with good knowledge on credit report , asset and income documents verification.
Project Details:
Location : Chennai
Level 1 (Associate)Work from office from Day 1Aug 25th , 2023 is the joining date.
Shift: 3:30 Pm to 2:30 Am (Must be flexible for any 9 hours)
6 days of work , with 1 day of fixed Sunday off
Candidates from Chennai location or willing to relocate to Chennai can apply.

- Reviews all the documentation and information provided to ensure accuracy and completeness based on internal guidelines
- Quickly learns and effectively apply the simultaneous use of various applications/systems
- Exercises sound judgment to solve operational problems
- Works with a sense of urgencySets and achieves tangible deadlines
- Gets ahead and pitches in to help others
- Meets or exceed productivity and service goals and standards as defined by leadership
