Qualification

Responsibility

• Keep Track of Received data and source documents
• Prepares and sorts source documents and identifies and interprets data to be entered
• Types process and status reports and assigns and monitors document numbers
• Performs data corrections according to directions
• Collects and distributes documentation required for processing Engineering change orders
• Collect and Reports process performance metrics
• Tracks work completed by Customer Program for reporting purposes

2) Junior Engineer

Qualification

Qualification required for the job role is

• BE
• BTech
  • Chemical,EEE,ECE,Mechanical
• MSc
  • Electronics,Chemistry,Environmental Science

Note

• Knowledge of Environment regulations like RoHS,REACh,WEEE
• Knowledge of Electrical and Electronic Component
• Good Written and Oral communication skills in English
• Good Analytical skills,Coaching and Mentoring Skills

Responsibility

• Responsible for Collection,analysis and archival of the component information related to Environmental Compliance
• Handling the regulation changes and forecast the risk of the affected parts for the product environment compliance team to alert the site
• Support organization in regulatory compiance
• Coordinating with global environmental compliance requirement with respect to customer needs whereever required

3) Junior Executive

Qualification

Qualification required for the job role is

• BE,BTech with 2 to 5 years of relevant work experience
• Diploma with Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

Note

• Good Knowledge in MS Office
• Good Presentation Skills
• Knowledge on Invoicing
• Experience in automation tools like UiPath,Pega,Microsft Tools

Responsibility

• Responsible for publishing daily KPI Reports
• Responsible for preparing weekly and monthly invoices and submitting the same to the finance team
• Responsible for data collection and aggregation
• Responsible for data visualization using Power BI/ Tableau
• Involved in preparing data dashboard using Tableau
