Job Requirements:
- The candidate should have passed in the year 2021/2022 in B.E/B.Tech (Mechanical/Electrical) course with minimum 70% of marks up to 8th Semester without Backlogs
- Candidates should possess good oral and written communication in the English Language
- Candidates should possess strong technical knowledge pertaining to their field of study
- Basic Knowledge of MS Office and various design tools is preferable
- Selected candidates will be joining as “Graduate Engineer Trainee” for an initial period of one year for a package of Rs.3.21/- lakhs per annum. On successful completion of the getting period, they will be promoted and put on probation as “Engineer” for six months with the revised Annual CTC of Rs.3.63 lacs per annum
- On Confirmation, Annual increment/Promotion will be based on the company’s Performance Management System
- Selected Candidates have to sign a service bond with the company for a period of three years
