Job Description:

ON Role: Customer Support Associate – Voice Process
Nature of Job: Resolving the banking related queries of the customer via call
Qualification: Any Arts and Science and Engineering graduates can apply
Should have Good communication in Hindi and English, Telugu or Kannada or Malayalam
Added advantage if speak any one of this language like Punjabi
Should have basic knowledge about Customer Support roles and responsibilities
Should know to handle the customers and resolve their issues
Fixed Day shift (8hrs working only)
Work Location: Egmore, Chennai
NO BOND / NO CONTRACT
Experience: 0 to 1yrs
Salary:1.5 LPA to 2.5 LPA
