Responsibilities

• Manage End to end recruitment from sourcing of candidates to release of offer letter
• Maintaining HR Records such as those related to compensation,Incentives
• Managing workplace safety issues
• Communicating and explaining the organisation’s HR policies to the employee
• Conducting employee orientation and facilitating newcomers joining formalities
• Maintaining and regulary updating master database ( Personal file, Personal database) of each employee in HR Module of ERP Software
• Resolving Grievances or queries that any of the employees have

• Execute full software development life cycle

• Analyze performance of programs and take actions to correct deficiencies
