Eligibility Criteria for Karur Vysya Bank

Incumbent will be part of the HR Team and will play a pivotal role in handling end to recruitment process, onboarding and employee life cycle management.

The position will be based out to Chennai ( Near Tidel Park)

Responsibilities

• Work closely with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s hiring needs for each position, and meet competitive hiring goals and expectations
• Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, Job portals and social media etc
• Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates and prospect for new business
• Screen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout interview process from prepping before interviews to assisting with final offer negotiation
• Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, and other candidate relationships
• Handling the documentation and offer letter releaseJoining formalities and on boarding process

CTC

3 year Contract, to be renewed yearly

Salary – Gross CTC Rs.18000 / Per Month (First Year),

Rs. 20000/ Per Month (Second Year) &

Rs.22000/Per Month (Third Year)
