- Attend the inbound and outbound calls of UK and US Customers
- In call process must solve the quires of customer
- Handle all the emails and calls of UK and US Customers and sovle their problems
- Maintain Excel and Company tools
- Lead conversation and successful closing
- Maintaining the monthly targets and achievement report documents
