Job Description
- Answer incoming chats or calls from Lycamobile customers, responding to their inquiries in a efficient and timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction
- Ensure adherence to product scripting in all customer communications
- To attend and respond to customer chaat or emails and written requests when required
- Fault resolutiions and raising tickets to the respective departments
- Manage and Maintain product related data bases in line with process KPI
- Ensure quality of data capture from customers
- Support all other departments with any other specific buisness task
- Flexibility to shift
