Job Details:
Shift: Rotational night shifts (5 PM to 9 AM), including a 1-hour break.
No day shifts.
Work Week: 5 working days, 2 rotational days off (not fixed weekends).
Transport: Free pick-up and drop facility within a 25 km radius.
Salary: 2.70 – 3.50 LPA (based on experience) + attractive sales incentives
Responsibilities and Skills Required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Patience and empathy for customers
- Proficiency in customer support software and tools
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not required
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Identify and resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
- Provide clear and informative solutions to customer problems.
- Build strong customer relationships through excellent communication and empathy.
- Document customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Contribute to the improvement of customer support processes and procedures.
- Meet performance metrics, such as customer satisfaction and first-contact resolution rates.
