Eligibility Criteria for Non-Voice
They have an immediate opening for International Non-Voice Process – Telecom at Chennai Location
Experience required:1-4 years
Salary Range: 1.5 LPA – 2.5 LPA
Work Location: Chennai-Thoraipakkam
Shift Timings: 12PM-9:30 PM/1 PM -10:30 PM
Key Skills:
- Minimum 1-year experience in Telecom domain(Customer Support/Customer Service/Voice/Non-Voice)
- Technical Knowledge(Networks/Order Management) will be an added advantage
- Should be flexible for Mid Shift
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Customer service experience with strong customer focus
- Strong multi-tasking skills
- Self-starter who is excited about learning new technologies on a daily basis
- 5 days working(Based on requirements, required to work on Saturdays)
- Sunday Fixed week off
Qualification: Any Degree/Diploma(15 years of education Mandatory)
Note: Freshers are not eligible
