Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities of the job are
- Insurance based website to collect outstanding accounts receivables
- To identify the outstanding claims with the client reports
- To analyze medical insurance claims for quality assurance
- To solve the customer queries
- To Check the EOB and Insurance websites with regard to outstanding claims
- To coordinate with team leader
- Perform routine research on customer complaints
- To identify the outstanding claims
Job Location
The selected candidates will be placed at the Chennai location
