The company is hiring for US IT Recruiter
They are looking for an Entry Level US Recruiter, also known as US Recruiter Intern, to join their US Staffing Team.
Qualification
Any Degree Candidates can apply for the job role
- Freshers and Experienced with excellent communication skills
- Candidates having prior experience in International Voice BPO
- Good English Communication skills (verbal and written)
- Good Critical Thinking skills
- Possesses a poistive attitude and is willing to take on new challenges
Responsibilities
- Source resumes from various sources,including job boards
- Create Boolean strings to search for candidates
- Phone screen candidates who are qualified for job
- Pre-Screening and coordinating with respective managers
This is a Night-Shift position. The intern will be working in the US IT/ Non -IT market and in the MSP/VMS Model.
Salary
Employment from 2nd Month within a CTC of Rs 28,000 per month
No Salary during the 1st month of the internship
1 Month Internship including extensive training
