Compensation

Fresher Salary: 21,250 per month + Free Pick and drop car facilities + other benefits

Experienced Salary: 23,333 per month + Free Pick and drop car facilities + other benefits

Additional Benefits: Attractive incentives and other employee benefits (Exclusive of CTC) Free cab facilities (Home Pickup and Home drop)

Responsibilities

  • Provide follow-up customer contact to ensure satisfactory resolution of incidents
  • Co-operate with other members of the technical support team,sales team and other departments
  • Follow standard process and procedures
  • Identify and escalate priority issues per client specifications
  • Redirect problems to appropriate resource
  • Accurately process and record call transactions using computer and designated tracking software
  • Offer alternative solutions where appropriate with the objective of retaining customers and client business
  • Organize ideas and communicate oral messages appropriate to listeners and situations
  • Follow up and make schedule call backs to customers where neccessary
  • Stay current with system information,changes and updates
