Experience: Freshers and Experienced
1- Experienced in International or Domestic BPO dominion.(1-3 Years)
2. Experience in retention process or outbound b2b process (2-4 Years)Process:
1; Call / Chat / Email (Voice and Non Voice Process)Process:

Shift:: Day Shift: 9 am to 6 pm and 12 pm to 9 pm (6 days of working and one day rotational off)
OB Process (Retention) Rs. 2.8 LPA to 3.6 LPA
Day Shift Salary: Rs. 20, 000 CTC PM
