Job Responsibilities
Responsibility of the job role is
- Handling the customer’s inquiry and coordination with sales
- Handling calls, collecting and updating the database
- Follow up with customers and close the sales
- Responsible for making outbound calls and regular follow up on leads assigned
- Understanding customer requirements and encouraging them to with right products
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
- Able to handle the objections that are coming out from the customers and sell the software
- Would be responsible for generating own leads and closing of the sales
