Job Description

• Croma is looking to hire Customer Service Specialists with the below competencies.
• Customer Service orientation, Willingness and ability to continuously learn and improve product knowledge, Process Orientation, Proactiveness, Good Communication Skills (preferably English and local language), pleasant personality

Responsibilities

Sales:

• Ensure 100% sales process implementation and compliance
• Meet daily sales and conversion targets and improve performance on all KPIs (including OL, Edge Profit Pool and Accessory Sales)

Customer Service:

• Ensure all customers are attended to appropriately and timely resolution of customer escalations
• Daily follow up on complaints with the concerned stakeholders to ensure timely resolution as per predefined SLA & TATImprove overall customer experience (VOC, Customer NPS, Mystery Audit Score) and takecorrective actions based on customer feedback

Continuous Learning:

• Keeping updated on product knowledge, promotions and processesAttending trainings and taking

Process:

• Ensure compliance of all SOPs relating to Sales and Service within the category
