Resolving the queries of the customer via call
Qualification: HSC / Diploma / Any Arts and Science and Engineering graduates can apply (Backlogs accepted)
Should have Good communication in English
Should speak any one of these Telugu or Kannada or Malayalam language
Should have basic knowledge about Customer Support roles and responsibilities
Should know how to handle the customers and resolve their Issues
