ON Role: Customer Support Associate – Voice Process

Nature of Job: Resolving the banking related queries of the customer via call

Qualification: Any Arts and Science and Engineering graduates can apply .

Should have Good communication in Hindi and English

Added advantage if speak any one of this language like Bengali or Guajarati or Marathi or Punjabi or Oriya or Telugu or Kannada or Malayalam

Should have basic knowledge about Customer Support roles and responsibilities

Should know to handle the customers and resolve their issues

Fixed Day shift (8hrs working only)

Work Location: Egmore, Chennai

NO BOND / NO CONTRACT

Experience: 0 to 1yrs

Salary:1.6 LPA to 3 LPA
