1) Training Co-ordinator

Qualification

Qualification required for the job role is

• Graduate Degree in any Discipline

Experience

Experience required for the job role is

• Minimum 3 years experience

Note Experience in an Administration position

Required Skills

Skills required for the job role is

• To be a Team member wit positive attitude
• Good communication skills in English both written and in oral
• Good Interpersonal skills
• Time management skills
• Knowledge in MS Office and SAP

Responsibilities

• Effective use of IT Tools used for learning management systems for course booking, supervising participants booking and attendance
• Coordination with external vendors for trainings and other requirements
• Support and coordinate with stakeholders and other training centers
• Organising meetings and events in the departments and in the company
• Other admin and finance related activities such as inter department cost transfer
• Admin support to guests and customers

2) Graduate Engineer Trainee

Qualification

Qualification required for the job role is

• Bachelor Degree in
  • EEE
  • ECE
  • Mechanical
  • Mechatronics

Experience

Experience required for the job role is

• Fresher
• Experienced

Responsibility

• Case handle notices in PTC Windchill
• Create material numbers and specifications as per vestas standards
• Material extensions and SAP master data update in SAP
• Change request execution in PTC windchill
• Work as interface between Technical leads and Customer to implement Technical solutions in PTC Windchill and SAP
• Monitor and report lead time delays and issues for the critical cases to the leads
• Participate in daily stand up calls and report the current status for assigned cases
