Responsibility
Responsibility of the job role is
- Open,logs,assigns and closes calls logged in the IT SD
- Ask the customer end user for all relevant information concerning the call made or issue reported by the customer end user
- Attemts to resolve the defined inquiries while on telephone
- Routes the enquiries to resolver groups as appropriate
- Provide status and updates on tickets to authorized users
- Reopen tickets, Create new tickets to follow up if the user indicates that the inquiry was not resoved to their satisfaction
- Make recommendation for updates to the KB Database
